This washed-process coffee is from the Women's Coffee Producers program in Colombia. Manos de Mujeres is a sub-group of the FUDAM, which is an association of Rainforest Alliance-certified and Organic-certified growers. FUDAM cares for the communities of its members by holding agricultural training, supporting non-violence initiatives, and advocating for women’s and children’s rights through programs.
This chocolatey roast does fantastic with several brewing methods, especially through an AeroPress or drip machine.

Fill your cup with Trillium Trail and head for the Wuuds, to celebrate the spring-blooming trilliums found blanketing the floors of our Virginia forests.
This organic coffee is grown on the acacia-tree-shaded Kayon Mountain Farm in the Guji region of Ethiopia. The natural processing has unlocked some sweet apple and floral acidity, with a drawn-out vanilla-like finish.
This is a versatile roast, and you can make a great Espresso Romano with a fresh slice of lemon or tart mandarin orange.

Mountain Sounds-Bird Friendly® Certified/Organic Nicaragua

Grown under the dense, shade-rich canopies of northern Nicaragua, Mountain Sounds is the newest addition to our certified Bird Friendly® coffee line-up.
As an SHG (Strictly High Grown) bean, it develops slowly at high altitudes, resulting in a complex, vibrant cup with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and a hint of spice.
Sourced from the UCA San Juan del Río Coco cooperative, this roast supports sustainable farming, biodiversity, community livelihoods, and the preservation of critical bird habitat.
Roast level is a medium-dark for a low-acid, tasty espresso or easy drinking daily drip.
