This washed-process coffee is from the Women's Coffee Producers program in Colombia. Manos de Mujeres is a sub-group of the FUDAM, which is an association of Rainforest Alliance-certified and Organic-certified growers. FUDAM cares for the communities of its members by holding agricultural training, supporting non-violence initiatives, and advocating for women’s and children’s rights through programs.

This chocolatey roast does fantastic with several brewing methods, especially through an AeroPress or drip machine.

Trillium Trail- Fair Trade/Organic Ethiopia (Kayon Mountain Farm)- 

Origin: Ethiopia-Guji
Notes: Juicy Apple, Jasmine, Vanilla
Roast: Light Medium

Fill your cup with Trillium Trail and head for the Wuuds, to celebrate the spring-blooming trilliums found blanketing the floors of our Virginia forests.  

This organic coffee is grown on the acacia-tree-shaded Kayon Mountain Farm in the Guji region of Ethiopia. The natural processing has unlocked some sweet apple and floral acidity, with a drawn-out vanilla-like finish.

This is a versatile roast, and you can make a great Espresso Romano with a fresh slice of lemon or tart mandarin orange.

This Fair-Trade Organic coffee is our first Smithsonian Bird Friendly® certified offering. Shade-grown in Guatemalan volcanic soil, the coffee is then harvested and processed by farmers who strive to ensure as little environmental impact as possible. It’s a true medium roast that’s bright upfront with a satisfyingly robust finish.

Another fun addition to the Bird Friendly® Certified lineup. As with other forest canopy shade-grown coffees, the plants and fruits mature slower than sun-grown lots. This maintains a natural fertilization cycle and provides a more balanced ecosystem on the farm and a more balanced flavor in your cup.
