About Our Pasta

We make our pasta the old-fashioned way. We roll, cut, and naturally air-dry, just like my grandmother taught my mother to make pasta. It tastes like fresh, homemade pasta and cooks in 3-5 minutes.

Vino Rosso Fettuccine - What a fun flavor we've made. We incorporated robust red wine into our authentic homemade pasta recipe. It's a very subtle and fine texture with earthy and currant flavors. This pasta is great with roast beef. INGREDIENTS: unbleached wheat flour, red wine, water

Roasted Garlic & Basil Linguine - One of everyone’s favorites! This pasta really has the rich and subtle flavors of Italy. It’s the perfect combination of Italian basil and mellowed, slightly sweet roasted garlic. Make a homemade sauce of crushed tomatoes, olive oil, and grilled vegetables. Follow the recipe on the package or make your own. INGREDIENTS: unbleached wheat flour, dried basil, dried roasted garlic, water 

Vegetable Fettuccine - Our tri-colored combination of carrot, beet, and spinach pasta makes for a spectacular dish. Throw some fresh veggies of your own in, and you’ll have a truly beautiful and tasty primavera. Or just follow our recipe on the package. INGREDIENTS: unbleached wheat flour, spinach powder, beet powder, carrot powder, water 

Vino Bianco Linguine - A unique flavor from our kitchen. We incorporated white wine with an authentic homemade process. It's a very subtle and fine texture with light citrus and fruit flavors. This pasta is great with seafood; just follow the Shrimp Scampi recipe on the back of the package. INGREDIENTS: unbleached wheat flour, white wine, water

Black Olive & Garlic Fettuccine - If you like olives, you’ll love this pasta! The only way to make olives better is to add garlic! Our Black Olive & Garlic Fettuccine tastes fabulous with vegetables and olive oil or with tomato sauce. (Really, with anything!)

Lemon Pepper Linguine - Lemon Pepper Linguine has a tangy, zesty, and bright flavor. There is just a hint of spice from the black pepper for balance. Chipotle Angel Hair - Our Chipotle Angel Hair has a smokey, hot flavor with a little bit of heat (just the right amount, really)! This pasta tastes especially great as a chilled pasta salad. Add shrimp, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and chopped green onions, and WOW! Just WOW! INGREDIENTS: unbleached wheat flour, chipotle pepper powder, red bell pepper powder, water 

Chesapeake Bay Angel Hair - This iconic flavor pasta comes right out of the Chesapeake Bay.  We use a combination of seasoning, including black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic.  Cook this pasta in boiling water and toss with shrimp or crabmeat cooked in butter and dinner is served Eastern Shore style. INGREDIENTS: unbleached wheat flour, bay seasoning  ( ginger, black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt), water 

Spicy Salsa Fettuccine - We brought together 3 flavors: tomato fettuccine, jalapeno fettuccine, and red bell pepper fettuccine to create a salsa in a pasta!  The recipe on the package is a Tex-Mex take on a Bolognese sauce. INGREDIENTS: unbleached wheat flour, tomato powder, red bell pepper powder, dried garlic, crushed red peppers, beet powder,  water

COOKING DIRECTIONS: 
Cook pasta in plenty of salted, rapidly boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Stir frequently—test for doneness. Do not overcook.
