Hot Pepper Jelly

Our pepper jelly has substantial bits of chopped peppers, beautifully suspended in the transparent jelly. Because we use a special pectin, our jelly does not contain sodium benzoate and is less sweet than other brands. We developed the recipe to pair well with cream cheese, chevre and brie.
