Great American Pancake Company

The Great American Pancake Company has been family-owned and operated since 2003. Local residents Dale and Nancy Wedwick purchased the company in 2023 and set up operations in the Food Enterprise Center in Viroqua, Wisconsin. We are pleased to continue the legacy of a local family-owned and operated business.

We pride ourselves in purchasing high-end ingredients for our recipes, which continue to keep the taste and quality of our mixes a success in the pancake/waffle market. Nine varieties are offered year-round, including our signature Cinnamon, Angel Cakes, Buttermilk, and Brown Sugar & Oatmeal. In the fall of the year, we offer Cider Cakes to celebrate the apple bounty in Wisconsin and Minnesota. In addition to pancakes and waffles, just by tweaking the recipe a bit, voila… you can produce your muffins, cookies, and scones. Great American Pancake Company loves bringing family together, enjoying our pancakes/waffles, and having quality time with each other.
