Brine Street Picklery is a proudly Philadelphia-based, small-batch, artisan pickle purveyor. We got our start at farmers' markets and festivals around the greater Philadelphia area and have since acquired a loyal following of savory pickle enthusiasts. As we’ve grown, we’ve stayed true to our propensity for sourcing all ingredients as locally as possible and for keeping our recipes real and delicious.
Straight Up Spears
Our classic spear. Ingredients: Cucumbers, Garlic, Vinegar, Water, Dill, Spices, Mustard Seed, Salt.

Brined in partnership with Philly’s own Yards Brewery. Ingredients: Cucumbers, Garlic, Vinegar, Yards IPA, Rosemary, Chile de Arbol, Sugar, Spices, Salt.

Spears with a kick. Ingredients: Cucumbers, Garlic, Vinegar, Water, Thai Chili, Dill, Spices, Mustard Seed, Salt.
